The food was fresh and the staff were amicable. The rooms were reasonably large and huge and equipped with kitchen, couch, as for instance. Hotel's location was perfect, to a Boston Pizza restaurant.

It was surely a very good stay of three nights. Came with my kids, everything was perfect. Had strategic and peaceful location away from the downtown core. Enjoyed my rooms for great value. The food was appetising - a wide array of options.

The location was strategic and quiet for Kincardine, short walk to a bar/restaurant and restaurants and supermarket. All of the staff were competent, really helpful. All the services were terrific, the room was a nice size and huge with kitchen, couch plus 2 queen beds.

All in all, spent my time lovely here. Strategic and peaceful location near to downtown and beach and stores and lighthouse, restaurants and canteens were close to the hotel. I found Surestay Bar & Grill offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue. The food was great and there were a huge variety of dishes in the menu.

A huge variety of food for breakfast, which was fabulous to satisfy everyone. It was well-equipped, spotless and for great value. The location was convenient and absolutely perfect, not too far from Bruce Bowling Lanes.

Overall it was beautifully maintained and huge for great value. The pool area was clean and the location was strategic and peaceful, so close to liquor store grocery store and Tim Horton's and restaurants.

The room we had included 2 televisions, a coffee table, and a couch. There was nice and very polite staff and the service was friendly. Besides, the location was marvellous for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of Walker House Museum.

exceptionally comfortable and high quality hotel, competent staff, loved the unbeatable location close enough to canada, kincardine, ontario and restaurants. the breakfast was satisfactory with sausage and yogurts, terrific service. everything was simply perfect.

Loved Kincardine, the hotel was nicely presented down to the beach. They gave a queen room with beautiful big bathroom, 2 queen beds, as for instance as we booked. A microwave oven, tea and coffee making facilities, and a fridge were a huge plus. The venue's location was absolutely perfect, next to Tim Hortons and boston Pizza, the main streets, and shops and main roads.

the beds were lovely and my 6 year old thought the pillows were excellent. the whole facility was so clean. the staff were very friendly.

The bathroom fan was making a very loud noise.

The staff were nice and incredible and the pool was well-maintained. The breakfast was quick and good with pancake machine, I really enjoyed it.
